Shipping

We can post to virtually any address in the Australia. We do not ship to any destination outside Australia at this point in time.

Our postage fees are calculated based on the total order weight and location unless you qualify for the following FREE SHIPPING rates.

Free Shipping for orders over:

·        $199 to Sydney Metro           * Currently further reduced to $150 *

·        $249 to Other NSW, VIC, Brisbane Metro

·        $299 to Other QLD, SA, TAS

·        $349 to NT, WA, Other

Shipping fees are not refundable.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear when estimating shipping costs on the “Shopping Cart” page. Delivery time estimates do not include handling time.

If you are not present at the delivery address at time delivery, a card will be left for you, informing you of the post office location you may pick up your parcel from if shipped by Australia Post. If shipped by Courier a card will be left for you to contact the Courier service within 48 hours to arrange a free re-delivery attempt or pick up from your nearest depot. If you do not contact the Courier service within 48 hours after first delivery attempt or the second delivery attemp is unsuccessful, you may be liable for re-delivery costs.
For this reason, please provide a delivery address that will be attended at all times;

If you wish to have your order delivery left at your front door (or other location), please note this in the Order Comments during checkout. Sugaray Supplements cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels in this situation.

Australia Post accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or consequential loss whatsoever resulting from or due to the use of Express Post. If you require extra cover, do not choose the Express Post option.

Most orders are usually shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm of receiving cleared payment, subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable at shipment time you will be notified of the estimated delivery date by email. You may track your order status by logging in to "My Account". 

We will always do our best to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible. However, Sugaray Supplements cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to the Australia Post or couriers service.

Returns Policy

Faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt and be in original condition. We will process a replacement or issue a store credit to your account upon receipt of the subject goods.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders” link under the “My Account” menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your issued credit once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your credit within two weeks of Sugaray Supplements receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner.
